If your doctor does not have any available appointments and you need to be seen for an acute (urgent or short-term) health concern, please check whether an appointment is available through our Acute Care Clinic.
Examples of what can be seen through the Acute Care Clinic:
- Cold, cough, fever, or other signs of infection
- Ear, nose, or throat problems
- Pain, injuries, or sore muscles and joints
- Bladder or women’s health concerns
- Skin problems, rashes, or skin infections
Quick Reminders:
- Acute Care Clinic appointments are intended for new, time-sensitive concerns that cannot wait for a routine appointment. For ongoing care or follow-up needs, please book with your regular physician.
- A prescription refill request should first go to your Pharmacy. They will contact us if they need additional information or authorization is required.
- Sometimes an appointment isn’t necessary. If you have a question or need a note or form, you can send us a message. Click here to access secure messaging
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department.
